Article V. Officers
Sect 1 Officers.
The elected officers shall be a President, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer. The term of each Officer shall be one year.
Sect 2. Qualifications.
Every Officer nominated shall have served a minimum of one year as a member of the Board of Directors prior to his nomination, after the
organization has been established for one year.
Sect 3. Duties.
It shall be the duty of the President to preside at all meetings of the Association, and the Board of Directors to appoint committees not otherwise provided for and to perform such duties as pertain to his office.
The duties of the Vice President shall be as delegated Board of Directors. He shall perform the President in the event of his inability to serve.
The Secretary/Treasurer shall be in charge of the Associations funds and records. He shall establish proper accounting procedures, and shall be responsible for the keeping of the funds in such banks, trust companies and for investments as are approved by the Board of Directors.
Singularity of Office. Upon election as an Officer, a person serving as a Director surrenders his Directorship upon the date of his assumption of duties as an Officer.
